Hi! I typically do a different variety every week including a mix of fruits, vegetables, some sort of protein and something crunchy! These include pepperoni, deli chicken, cheese, carrots, honey roasted peanuts, grapes, honey mustard pretzel sticks, cucumbers, and reduced fat wheat thins.
